Limited Off-Premises Access

The site you are attempting to access is not available outside of the Devi Nivas premises. Try the following steps. Once done, reload the page.

If on the Devi Nivas premises:

Ensure you are connected to the "MINNAL" Wi-Fi network. Connecting to "DNvisitor" won't work. More information on MINNAL.
Ensure you are pulling DNS settings from DHCP. If you have no idea what that means, you're probably doing it.

If not on the Devi Nivas premises:

Use the Next-Generation VPN Service (NGVPN). To access NGVPN, sign in to the dashboard with your Central Auth credentials and follow the instructions.

First time signing in? Accounts are approved manually, send an email to support [at] devinivas [dot] in through your DISH email.

Common Advice

Disable any non-Devi Nivas VPN apps, such as Surfshark or Express VPN.
The Legacy VPN Service has been sunset — disable and remove the standalone WireGuard app.
If using Firefox, disable DNS-over-HTTPS.
If using Apple iPhone, disable iCloud Private Relay.
If you were previously not connected to Devinet, and you are on a mobile device, you'll need to:

Turn on Airplane/Flight Mode
Refresh the page with Flight Mode on
Turn off Flight Mode and refresh the page

If you were previously not connected to Devinet, and you are on a desktop/lapton device, you'll need to hard-refresh the page with Ctrl+Shift+R (or Cmd+Shift+R on macOS)
